the hotel had gorgeous gardens and lovely pools. its decor felt very spanish with its unique building. the location was ideal, very close to the castle.. it was also quiet.
My room was smaller than i expected. The shower was a disaster. there was no water pressure, so i held the shower head. after a long exhausted day, i could not even have a hot shower.

breakfast provided good choices.. there was lots to choose from the buffet, including fresh fruit and pastries, alongside cooked options like eggs and bacon, giving a fulfilling start to the day.

i found the inner garden quite beautiful, complete with a calming koi carp pond. the large palm trees created a relaxing atmosphere (perfect for an afternoon read). the pool area was cozy and well-kept. i also appreciated the vending machine for quick snacks and drinks.

a mixed experience with some letdowns

my stay wasn't the best. the room was smaller than what i thought. the shower was awful, water pressure was nonexistent. it went from hot to cold constantly. i could even hear my neighbors talking.

The hotel location worked well. It was near the city center and the beach. The hotel offered many facilities. I liked that every room had a balcony.
The room seemed smaller than I expected. The shower was not good. The water pressure was low. The water temperature fluctuated rapidly. It went from hot to cold quickly.

I really liked the outside area, especially the bar. It felt very relaxing. the rooms were large, clean, and well-equipped with a fridge, safe, and kettle. i also appreciated the spacious balcony and the comfortable beds. the bathroom was a good size, and i found everything to be very well maintained.
i noticed the ac unit was a bit noisy, slightly distracting at times.

the hotel is within walking distance of the harbor, giving easy access to restaurants. palma center is easily accessible by a short taxi ride, i think it's about 40 minutes by walking. the area around the hotel is quiet.
